Veronica is a MAC Certified software & hardware support technician. She has over twenty years in the Information technology field ranging from computer software, hardware, desktop, phone and networking support. She was also a student at several educational facilities that provide educational programs for learning, emotionally and physically disabled children. Her passion is to provide a comfortable environment for individuals like him to learn basic computer operations social skills and the concept of environmental scanning.

Natasha has an educational background that includes 10 years of experience supporting people with developmental disabilities. In 2014, she received a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Phoenix with an emphasis on developmental disabilities. She is also trained in the areas of Resident Rights, Behavior Management, CPR, First Aid, Medication Administration, and person centered planning. Natasha is dedicated to providing quality services and eager to help meet the needs of the individuals we serve.

In her free time she loves to perform at local theaters and senior facilities. She truly believes community involvement is the driving force to positive outcomes in the world around us.
